Product Introduction

The Cross Belt Magnetic Separator is with a continuously running belt. The belt strips off captured tramp metal and discharges off the side or end of the conveyor. This separator can continuously separate the iron particles in the material on the conveyor belt. Its system uses a high strength overhead suspended plate magnet housed in a severe duty industrial conveyor operating in an inverted position. The permanent magnetic forces provide effective and continuous removal of unwanted tramp metal. And it will retain tramp metal even during power outages and fluctuations.

The magnetic strength can be adjusted.
The magnetic field strength can be changed by adjusting the distance between the disc and the belt. The distance is inversely proportional to the magnetic strength. Or adjust the 2 voltmeters and 4 ammeters on the electric control cabinet to adjust the current of the 4 coils, thereby changing the magnetic strength.

500mm: 15000-18000 Gauss
600mm: 18000-22000 Gauss
If there is a lot of tungsten in the mineral, it is recommended to use 600

Working Principle

According to the magnetic difference of minerals, the magnetic field with different strength can be formed by adjusting the excitation current of disks at all levels to separate minerals efficiently. The induction distance between disks at all levels and the beneficiated particles can be adjusted to obtain different magnetic field induction strength. Thus it achieves the one-time separation of a variety of minerals.
