Cross Belt Magnetic Separator is a Dry Intensified Magnetic Separator, applicable for separations of ilmenite, rare earth ore, chromite, tungsten and tin ores, limonite, columbium and tantalum ores, zircon, rutile, monazite, andalusite, garnet, kyanite, feldspar, quartz and other minerals with magnetic differences or removal of iron in nonmetallic minerals.
4 varieties of products can be obtained by separation of the device.
Main device comprises feeding unit, weak magnetic roller, drive part, material conveying apparatus, magnetic disk, electromagnetic system, frame and others. The electric control section consists of components of control, voltage regulation, rectification, instrument and so on. It features compact structure, stable performance, easy installation and convenient operation and maintenance.

The three disc dry magnetic separator is suitable for separation of mixed ores of various magnetic minerals. It is mainly used for dry selection of titanium, rare earth, tungsten tin, chromite, niobium tantalum, limonite, zircon, rutile, solitary residence and so on. Working Principle
Under the action of the magnetic field, the magnetic particles gather to form a magnetic chain. The magnetic chain moves to the magnetic pole under the action of the magnetic force in the pulp and is adsorbed on the cylinder. Because the polarity of the magnetic pole is alternately arranged along the rotation direction of the cylinder and it is fixed, nonmagnetic minerals fall off during the overturning. And the magnetic chain absorbed on the surface of the cylinder is the concentrate. The concentrate turns to the weakest position of the magnetic system edge with the cylinder, and is discharged into the concentrate tank under the action of the flushing water from the discharge pipe. If it is full magnetic roller, the ore is unloaded by brush roller. Non magnetic or weak magnetic minerals are left in the pulp and discharged out of the tank with the pulp.
