Light Plate Feeder
It’s suitable for short distance transportation of bulk materials with particle size less than 160mm, bulk density less than 1200kg / m3, block weight less than 140kg and temperature less than 350 ℃.
It is widely used for uniform and continuous feeding from storage bin to crushing, transportation and other machinery in mines, concentrators, chemical industry, cement, building materials and other departments. It can be installed horizontally or obliquely with a maximum upward inclination of 20 degrees.

Medium Plate Feeder
It is suitable for short distance transportation of bulk materials with particle size less than 400mm, bulk density less than 2400KG / m3, block weight less than 500kg and temperature less than 400 ℃.
Medium plate feeder is intermittent feeding machine. It is widely used for uniform intermittent feeding from storage bin to crushing, transportation and other machinery in mines, concentrators, chemical industry, cement, building materials and other departments. It can be installed horizontally or obliquely with a maximum upward inclination of 20 degrees.

Heavy Plate Feeder
It is suitable for short distance conveying of bulk materials with particle size less than 1000mm. Heavy plate feeder is the auxiliary equipment of transport machinery. It is used in crushing and grading workshop of large concentrator, cement, building materials and other departments. It is used for continuous and uniform feeding from silo to primary crusher. It can also be used for short distance transportation of materials with large particle size and specific gravity. It can be installed horizontally or obliquely with a maximum inclination of 12 degrees. In order to avoid the material hitting the feeder directly, the silo should not be empty.

Various types of plate feeder are divided into right drive and left drive according to the transmission mode. Along the material running direction, the right drive is adopted for the transmission system on the right side of the machine, and vice versa.

Structure
The plate feeder consists of 5 parts: head drive device, tail wheel device, tension device, chain plate and frame.
The tension device adopts screw tension type
The tension support adopts section steel and bolt connection structure, with beautiful appearance and convenient assembly and disassembly. For heavy and super heavy tension devices, a set of springs is added to cushion and absorb vibration. In addition, there are the following two characteristics: One is the screw of the tension device of medium and light plate feeder is located above the sliding seat and under the inverted equilateral angle steel, so that the screw part can not be polluted and damaged; Tension device for heavy and super heavy products, screw through slide center. The second is the tensioning device is divided into two structures: standard type and heavy type, and keeps serialization and generalization with the lower tensioning device of bucket elevator.

The head and tail bearings are mostly rolling bearings
The head bearing seat is not supported horizontally on the frame, but is connected vertically on the frame with four bolts. On the one hand, it makes the bearing seat stress consistent with the working tension direction, improves the stress condition of the bearing seat and the connecting bolt, on the other hand, it reduces the space size.

Combined sprocket is adopted
The material of the driving sprocket wheel is cast iron or steel, and the rim is made of high wear-resistant hardened steel; The gearless edge of the tension sprocket is a combined type, which can be replaced. This can reduce a lot of maintenance, reduce maintenance costs. In addition, the replaceable gearless flange can ensure the correct and constant contact between the chain and the sprocket, and prevent the tooth surface from scuffing.

Backup roller
The supporting roller of medium and light plate feeder is external type, separated from the traction roller, and has the following advantages:

(2) Reduce the wear of traction roller
(3) Easy to manufacture. For heavy and super heavy plate feeders, fixed backup rollers are set on the frame. Centralized oil supply mode is adopted for lubrication of roller, head and tail bearing seat to ensure timing and comprehensive lubrication.

Hydraulic coupling
A hydraulic coupling is installed between the driving motor and the reducer, which can ensure the smooth start of the plate feeder and play the role of overload protection. Chain drive is adopted between reducer and main shaft, which has buffering effect, stable transmission ratio, high power transmission, adjustable center distance, and easy arrangement and installation. The drive shaft is equipped with a backstop to prevent the reverse rotation of the conveyor.

Working Principle
The high-strength bulldozer die forging chain with a pitch of 228.6 mm (9 inches) is used as the traction part. Two chains are connected into a closed loop by bypassing a pair of driving chain wheels installed at the head of the bulldozer and a pair of tensioning wheels at the tail of the bulldozer. Each chain link of the two chains is equipped with overlapping and heavy-duty conveying grooves to form a continuous conveying line capable of carrying materials. Its self weight and material weight are supported by multi row supporting wheels, chain supporting wheels and slideway beams installed on the machine body. The transmission system is connected with the reducer by the AC variable frequency speed regulating motor, and then the carrier mechanism is driven to run at low speed by the expansion sleeve and the driving device.
