Operation Manual For the Mobile Trommels
The trommel scrubber is consisted of two parts: one is for washing the clay, another is for sieving the particle. There are 4 carrier rollers to support the drum. The machine is working rotary through the gear in the middle of the outside drum. In the washing part, it’s a closed space, there are some plates inner this part. When the material is fed from the hopper to the washing part, during the force of watering and striking, the clay and ore will be separated. The fine particle will be flowed to the sieving part. The size under screen hole will flow to the concentrate tank, when the material in.

When you move the machine to another place, you can assembly the adjust feet. shaking table and concentrator trailer is the same way.

test running in empty load
To check if the equipment is in a safe situation, and check if the rotary part is ok. When the machine starts working, to check if it is working stable, and if there
is any unnormal vibrating. The temperature of bearing should be controlled under 45℃. After working 2-4 hours, to check if there is any part loosen. the slurry pump don’t need to turn on when test the scrubber in empty load.
test running in load
This test should be under the basic of good test of empty load. When the machine starts working, to check if it is working stable, and if there is any unnormal vibrating. The temperature of bearing should be controlled under 60℃. To be sure there is no dust in every sealed part. Check the actual power of the electric motor. When there is mine slurry running to the concentrate tank, you can turn on the slurry pump After testing for 5-6 hours, when everything goes well, it can be gone into operation
Operation
Before start the machine,
check if every bolt is tighten and every dropping point is with enough grease. After start the machine, to feed the material once the machine is working normally. The feeding should be stopped before pause the equipment, when all the material is discharged, then the machine can be stopped. The bolt should be often checked to be sure it is tighten.
Safety Rule
Before the start, customer should check the rotary part by hand. Protective equipment should be made as the situation of site. It’s forbidden to repair or clean the machine when it is working.
The equipment should be whirling in the certain direction.
When the equipment is working with the unnormal vibrating or sound, the feeding should be stopped. When the material in the drum is discharged completely, the electric motor should be stopped. To inspect the machine when everything is ok, then it can work continiously. When it is emergency, the electric motor must be stopped advance, and before start the machine, the material in the drum must be cleaned up, and work in empty load. The site should clean and with enough light.
Replace sieve parts
There are three sets of clamps on the sieve, loosen the bolts and nuts of the clamp, and change the old sieve to the new sieve. Then tighten the bolts and nuts, make sure the sieve are installed smooth.
