Installation:
1. Cooling water connection: (see attached page for connection diagram, waterway connection diagram)
Connect the water inlet pipe to the water inlet pipe end at the rear of the equipment, and connect the water outlet pipe to the water outlet pipe end at the rear of the equipment to ensure a good connection to prevent water leakage. The water inlet pipe can be connected to a tap or user-provided circulating water device. The inlet water should be guaranteed to have a certain pressure and flow rate to prevent equipment damage caused by insufficient pressure and water flow. The recommended water pressure is 0.05-0.2Mpa and the water flow rate is 2-5L/min. There is a water pressure switch in the equipment to effectively protect it from no pressure. If there is no water, it will automatically stop working and emit a buzzer sound. In addition, the induction coil of this equipment is soldered, which will cause the tin to melt when heated without cooling water, which can play a role in water-free protection. For the installation and use of cooling water, there are several suggestions:
a. The cooling water source should ensure a stable water supply, and it is better to use a water pump to circulate it is more reliable
b. The cooling water should be clean and non-corrosive.
c. The cooling water temperature should not be too high, preferably lower than 45℃.
d. Check that the cooling water is unobstructed before heating.
e. Do not change the induction coil soldering to brazing or silver soldering.
2. Device power connection:
According to the input power and phase number requirements of the model. It must be a fuse box, it is not allowed to directly use the air switch in the machine instead.
3. Protective ground connection:
Ground the equipment with a wire of about 6mm2 to prevent electricity leakage.
Operation Steps:
1. Ensure that all required installation work has been completed.
2. Turn on the cooling water.
3. Close the external power switch, close the air switch on the back of the device, and close the power switch on the front panel.
4. Adjust the heating current adjustment knob MAX to the desired position.
5. Press the start button to start heating, at this time the buzzer beeps, and the output current display shows the heating current.
6. Press the stop button to stop heating.
7. When shutting down, turn off the front electric switch first, then turn off the external main switch, and then turn off the water.
The air switch of this equipment is mainly designed for current-limiting protection. In order to prolong its service life, it should be operated as little as possible. Therefore, it is recommended that the user must configure the device on the switchboard to control the power supply with a knife.
Precautions for use:
1. The user should meet the power supply requirements (power and cross-sectional area requirements) of the equipment according to the power consumption of the entire plant and the capacity of the power supply transformer. Do not connect the wrong power supply for single-phase 220V and three-phase 380V to avoid damage to the machine. When the grid voltage is higher than the specified range, please do not use the equipment.
2. The water quality should be kept clean for a long time. It is best to set up dust blocking facilities and clean the water tank (pool) regularly. In order to prevent long-term use, the water pipe in the machine should be cleaned regularly (usually within two months) with a descaling agent to clean the water circuit of the equipment. The specific method is: the descaling agent is an ordinary car water tank descaling agent, and the ratio is 1:40. The water circuit is cleaned for 1 hour and rinsed with clean water. The power supply of the equipment must be cut off when cleaning.
3. Connect water first, then power on. Under any circumstances, it is not allowed to operate the equipment without water.
4. The water temperature in the water tank should be kept within 17℃-50℃, the water tank should be placed in an indoor ventilated place, the pool is generally arranged the underground, and covered with dustproof, sunscreen cover. In winter, in order to prevent the equipment water pipe from freezing or blocking when it is not in use, the circulating water in the equipment should be emptied immediately after stopping the work. The specific operation method is to pull the water supply pump out of the water tank, air transport for 3 minutes, and use the air to discharge the water stored in the water pipe in the equipment.
5. In order to prevent electric shock, always check whether the grounding wire is reliable. When replacing the inductor, the water should be cut off and it can be replaced after power failure.
6. The working site environment of the equipment is generally harsh. Prevent dust, water vapor, and oil vapor from entering the machine during work. Generally, open the side door of the equipment to check the influence of dust and water vapor in the machine during a week. If there is too much dust in the machine, the water vapor will pass It is important to turn on the equipment fan to dry for a period of time when it is not working. Generally, it is enough. If the working environment is particularly bad, it is recommended to turn on the blower for ten minutes before starting work every day.
7. The equipment should be inspected and repaired by professionals.
8. This equipment is the same as all other induction heating equipment. The configuration of the inductor, such as the number of turns, height, shape, current direction, and the distance between the inductor and the heating workpiece, all affect the efficiency of induction heating. Serious improper configuration may cause the equipment to fail to start normally or damage the equipment.
