Hammer crusher is one of the main types of equipment to crush limestone, coal or brittle materials of below medium hardness in industrial departments such as metallurgy, building material, chemical, as well as water and electricity. It has characteristics including big crushing ratio, high production capacity, uniform particle size of crushed products etc.
Walker mining has now been engaged in the design and production of hammer crushers for more than thirty years. Our products are characterized by advanced product structure, smooth operation and low energy consumption. Our company has manufactured a series of hammer crushers which are well received by users at home and abroad.
Product Introduction
Hammer crusher is also called hammer mill or hammer breaking machine. It is a kind of equipment for crushing materials in the form of impact. It is suitable for crushing all kinds of medium hardness and brittle materials, such as limestone, coal, salt, Baiya, gypsum, alum, brick, tile, coal gangue, etc. Because it is often used in coal mines to crush coal, it is also called coal crusher.
Hammer crusher can directly crush materials with a particle size of 600-1800mm into a crusher with a size of 25 or less. The compressive strength of the crushed material shall not exceed 150 MPa. The hammer crusher can crush different sizes of raw materials into uniform particles, which is conducive to the next process. It has reliable mechanical structure, high production efficiency and good applicability.
Types of Hammer Crusher
There are many kinds of hammer crushers and the classification methods are different. Our hammer crushers can be divided into: single-axis type (or single-rotor) and two-axis (or double rotor) according the number of revolutions; directional and reversible hammer crusher according to the rotation direction of the rotor; fixed and mobile hammer crusher according to hammer movement; vertical shaft, ring hammer crusher and swing hammer crusher.
Parameters
Structure
Hammer crushing is mainly composed of hammer crusher casing, rotor, hammer, counterattack liner, sieve plate and so on
Note:
1. When crushing sticky and wet materials, it is easy to block the sieve screen gap, so it is easy to cause shutdown. Suggest the moisture content of materials should not exceed 10%.
2. Hammer crusher is generally wet broken, in the case of relatively large discharge requirements will also use dry broken. The amount of water added is about 2 times of ore materials.
Working Principle
The hammer crusher mainly relies on impact energy to complete the work of crushing materials. When the hammer crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed, and the material enters the crusher cavity evenly. The high-speed rotating hammer impacts, shears and tears the material and causes the material to be broken. At the same time, the gravity of the material causes the material from the high-speed rotating hammer head rushes to the baffle and screen bar in the frame. The material larger than the screen hole size is blocked on the screen plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer until it is crushed to the required discharge particle size, finally discharged out of the machine through the screen plate.
Advantages and Features
1. Unique Design, Simple and Compact Structure
The overall design is beautiful in appearance. The structure of the hammer body is sealed, which solves the problem of dust pollution and dust leakage in the crushing workshop.
2. One-time Feeding and Forming, Large Crushing Ratio and High Production Efficiency
The crushing ratio is large (usually 10-25, the higher one is 50); The process is simplified; One-time feeding, no need for primary and secondary crushing; High output; Uniform product; Reliable performance and large processing capacity.
3. Longer-lasting Consumable Parts, Economical and Environmentally Friendly
The working hammer is cast with a new process, wear-resistant and impact-resistant; Less vulnerable parts, relatively low price; Convenient maintenance; Light equipment; Less powder phenomenon; Low energy consumption per unit product.
