Chute Ore Feeder
Chute ore feeder can be set up on the ground or hoisted over the discharge port of ore bin. The chute base plate makes reciprocating motion at 20-60 times /min with the stroke of 20-200mm. The stroke can be adjusted by the eccentric gear of driving device. The eccentric distance is half the length of stroke. According to the production practices of ore dressing plants, eccentric distance for sticky ores should not be less than 30mm. The width of chute of chute ore feeder is about 2-2.5 times of the maximum feed particle size. The biggest chute ore feeder can feed the iron ore with particle size less than 500mm. The most common choice of specification is 980 * 1240 chute ore feeder, which has the feed particle size of 350-0mm and is suitable to be as the feeding equipment for 400 * 600 jaw crusher.
