Structural characteristics:
1.The dewatering screen is designed in a way that major part of the sieve plate inclines upward by 5° and rear part of the sieve plate is in 45° angle with the main plate. Two balanced vibration motors are installed horizontally, one over the other. Revolving effect produced by unbalanced gravity during rotation will make the screen work more stably.
2.Double vibration motors are used for excitation that are solid and compact in structure and gets rid of shortcomings of traditional eccentric vibrators, namely large structure, oil leakage, excessive wear, large noise, difficult repair and so forth.
3.Site plate of the dewatering screen is adhered with wear-resisting rubber to ensure the dewatering screen will not deform and crack as a result of wear and reduce pollution of irons over the material.
4.Dewatering screen uses embedded wear-resisting polyurethane combination screen with life 3-10 times that of traditional metal screen to avoid direct collision between screen metal frame and ore, reduce noise and alleviate the sense of thick of metal screen.
5.Damping device of dewatering screen uses rubber damping column to be more suitable for damp conditions, which is endurable while damping.
