The sawtooth wave jig machine works effectively and it is an energy saving gravity separation equipment that is used widely for recovering different types of minerals. The jig machine is not like the traditional jigging machine as it produces a speedy flow of water that goes upward and a slow downward flow. This makes the bed layer to become raised integrally and fully settled with a long effective loose time. This makes the STW jig machine one of the best equipment for recovering fine fraction particles.
The jig machine is used widely in beneficiation of different types of minerals such as gold, tin, iron, manganese, titanium and chrome. It is also used for recovering of alloy particles from slag, manganese, stainless slag and chromite slag, etc.
