The diaphragm type jig, as shown in Figure 1, has a rectangular upper portion and a chamfered washing tank at the lower part, each of which has a jigging zone and a diaphragm zone, and the partition between the two compartments is not used. separate. The upper jigging process of the jigging zone relies on the reciprocating movement of the diaphragm to cause water agitation for mineral sorting. The water is adjusted by the water distribution flap, and the movement of the flap and the diaphragm is synchronized. When the diaphragm is lowered, the flap is closed, the water does not enter the jig, but when the diaphragm rises, the flap opens, thereby reducing the jig The effect of falling water flow inside.

The trough body is cast from gray iron, the diaphragm is fixed on the horizontal iron pad of the trough and sealed without leaking. The diaphragm is connected with the lever by means of the eccentric link and the diaphragm connecting rod, and the reciprocating motion is obtained by the lever, so in the working chamber Corresponding agitation, the lever is connected to the eccentric link on the shaft, and the shaft is driven by the motor through the V-belt and the pulley.
The height of each chamber is different and formed into a stepped shape. The ore is enrolled in the jig chamber by the ore tank. According to the actual use conditions, it is determined to enter the ore discharge bottle, and the mineral with a small specific gravity in the upper layer flows out along the overflow tank.

4. Installation and testing

The XCT diaphragm type jig is installed on the flat floor of the workshop or on the table. If it is auxiliary equipment or is configured with other equipment, it should take into account the convenience of feeding, discharging, inspection and repair, jig installation. The location should have a 220/380 volt power supply with a subsidized water pressure of 0.6-2 Kg/cm2.

The empty car test shall be no less than 2 hours. If all goes well, the load test shall be carried out. The load test shall be carried out in normal operation. When the machine moves, the machine must be fastened to the wooden board.

The two slots of the diaphragm type jig are equal, and the installation height is different, so that the continuous operation from the first chamber to the second chamber is easy, and the mineral raw material is sent from the feeding tank to the jig chamber, and the diaphragm is reciprocated. The agitated water flow is obtained, and the mineral moves by the hydraulic action. Therefore, the stroke size of the diaphragm has a great meaning.

The stroke and stroke are mainly determined by the particle size of the substance to be treated. The thicker the material to be treated, the larger the stroke required, and the less the stroke is. When adjusting the stroke of the diaphragm, it is necessary to take into account that the stroke used can ensure that the artificial bed has Very good activity, when other conditions are the same, a thick artificial bed or a high tail plate requires a large stroke in order to overcome the large resistance.
When the diaphragm undershoots, the artificial bed should be in a suspended state for a certain period of time, not only does it not destroy its integrity. When changing to the suction stroke, the suction force should not be too large to make the ore particles too tight.

To adjust the diaphragm stroke, loosen the eccentric bushing screw and adjust it to the required distance before retightening. At the same time, note that the strokes of the two diaphragms should be equal.
