Materials which can be melted or refined include: platinum, palladium, rhodium, gold, gold, silver, copper, iron and steel, gold powder and tin ash.
Induction heating, or frequency electromagnetic induction heating, utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction frequency power and converts power into a specific frequency band to a method of heating the metallic material. The induction melting machine is mainly used for heating metals plus heat treatment, welding, and melting. Induction heating systems consist of the induction coil, an alternating current (AC) power supply and a work piece.
The power supply for the coil provides an alternating current, the current passes through the coil to generate an alternating electromagnetic field and then transfers the energy to the work piece to be heated.
