LY1100 * 500 small shaking table is a common equipment for laboratory research, test and gravity beneficiation in small concentrators. It is suitable for the separation of fine and fine rare metals, ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, precious metals and other ores and coal. Main structure
The whole machine structure includes: transmission box, motor, table, steel frame, feed trough, as shown in attached pictures.

Installation
The shaking table has been assembled on the rack of angle steel, and users can use the anchor screws after positioning and installation. In order to facilitate operation and maintenance and repair, the installation must make it easy for the operator to access the various parts of the machine.
After installation, connect the power supply and connect the local power supply according to the voltage of the motor supplied by the equipment.
Use Main points
The mechanism of the rocking bed ensures that the following parameters can be adjusted and measured:

Before the operation of the shaker, open the equipment, check the movement and stability of the equipment, supply the bed with proper and uniform flushing water, adjust the intercepting device or re-install, supply the pulp continuously and evenly, pay attention to the distribution of products.
In order to make the shaker work stably, it is necessary to ensure that the stroke of the shaker is suitable, the shaking times are unchanged, the water supply is uniform, the grain size is the same and other necessary conditions.
If the ore dressing variety is changed and the inclination angle of the bed is adjusted, the above-mentioned items must be adjusted to meet the working requirements. When the inclination angle of the bed is adjusted, the splint (1.11) and the nut (1.15) must be loosened and the handwheel (3.2) must be twisted to adjust the required angle, then the nut (1.15) must be tightened to avoid damage or affect the connection. Maintenance.
1.) lubrication and maintenance: the shaking table has the following oil filling points:
(A) the transmission box changes oil once every 3 months.
(B) sliding bearings fill oil every 8 hours.
(C) motor bearings change butter every 6 months.
2). inspection and maintenance:
(A) in the course of using, attention should be paid to the connection of various parts of the equipment, such as bolt and nut fastening.
(B) in use, we should pay attention to the movements of various parts, such as temperature rise, noise, stability and so on.
(C) When adjusting the stroke, the tension of the spring will be affected. It is necessary to adjust the spring seat bolt (1.14). After adjusting the spring properly, the spring will be rotated for two weeks by hand pulling the triangle belt. After running flexibly, the nut will be fastened and positioned before starting the machine. Otherwise, the equipment will be damaged.
(D) When adjusting the inclination angle of the bed surface, the splint nut must be loosened, the inclination angle should be adjusted, and then the bolts and nuts should be tightened, otherwise the connecting parts of the rocker will be damaged.
(E) always pay attention to check the tightness of the transmission belt, not too loose or too tight, which will affect the transmission life.
The bed surface can not be directly exposed to sunlight, can not withstand strikes or heavy pressure, high-temperature containers or objects can not contact the bed surface, otherwise the bed surface deformation, paint and can not be used.
If the bed surface has a local hydrophobic phenomenon, clean and oilless cotton towel or water sandpaper gently wash, can be eliminated.
