Also known as Spiral separator , spiral concentrator are devices that utilize gravity to separate minerals based on the specific gravity and it makes use of the relative movement of minerals with respect to gravity, with centrifugal force acting as the main source of action for the fluid. They are manufactured using cutting edge manufacturing technology. The spiral concentrator manufactured by us make use of the best quality polyurethane enforced with fiberglass banking and wearable corundum that is lined along the inner surface. Each start comprises of five turns while the columns comprise of four turns. Minerals with density as less as 0.02 to 0.03mm can be processed by these machines with a capacity of 2-4 t/h per column. The tank with distributor can be formed using 4-6 columns based on the specific requirements.

Usage
