vibrating screen machine
vibrating screen is used for screening of materials like ore and coal to the extent of coarse, medium fine and extremely fine as well as dehydration and desliming of materials. A vibrating screen mainly consists of screen box, exciter, suspension (or support) device and motor in terms of structure. A motor drives spindle of the exciter to rotate via the triangle belt and unbalance of the exciter produces the action of centrifugal inertia force on the screen box to make it vibrate. Different amplitudes could be achieved by changing eccentric gravity of the exciter.

1.Owing to severe vibration of the screen box, the phenomenon that materials block the hole is reduced and the screen may have high screening efficiency and productivity;
2.Simple construction and easy removal and replacement of screen surface;
3.Little consumption of electric energy for screening of every ton of materials.
4.The vibrating screen has also following advantages: owing to misalignment between belt pulley centerline and bearing centerline, vibration of the belt may be eliminated, fatigue and wear of the belt reduced, amplitude of the screen increased and thus productivity further improved.
