CTB series Low Intensity Wet Drum Magnetic Separator
CTB wet drum magnetic separator is applicable to wet magnetic separation of magnetite, pyrrhotite, calcined ore, ilmenite and other materials as well as deironing operation of coal, non-metal ore and building materials. Magnetic separators of a variety of forms such as fair current, semi-countercurrent and countercurrent may be provided according to demands of users. Intensity of magnetic field on the cylinder surface could be fabricated specially based on actual applications.

Pulp enters trough of the machine through the mine tank and the writhing pulp then enters the separation zone under the hydraulic effect. Ferromagnetic minerals are absorbed on the surface of cylinder body under the action of magnetic field intensity, later carried to the concentrate discharge port with rotation of the cylinder body and discharged into the concentrate tank with the help of clean water after separated from magnetic system. Gangues and weak magnetic minerals enter the ore discharge pipe against rotation direction of the cylinder body under the effect of pulp flow inside the trough.
