Installation and adjustment of the machine
The user refers to the foundation plan attached to this manual and installs the machine firmly on the basis of a specially designed one.
After the machine is installed and the level is found, install the transmission part according to the drawings. The transmission belt should be adjusted to a proper position of tension, and the pressure spring must be adjusted to the proper position.
Strictly check that there is no looseness in each fastening part after all installation is completed.
Test run of the machine
After the machine is installed, it must be tested before it is put into production.
1. Idling test:
When the machine is in use, it shall carry out many 2-hour continuous idling tests. The temperature rise of the bearing during operation shall not exceed 30℃, and the highest temperature rise shall not exceed 40℃. Gear, long gear, triangular pulley, and roller shall rotate smoothly without normal noise, and there shall be no collision between two rollers.
2. Load test:
The load running test can only be carried out on the basis of good air running test
Determine whether the actual discharging particle size and output meet the requirements, and ensure that the bearing temperature length shall not exceed 35℃.
The crusher works stably, there should be no more severe vibration, and the fasteners should be reliable. Each lubrication point must be filled Full of grease. Sealing should be good, no leakage phenomenon.
If it is found that the output or particle size does not meet the requirements during operation, the back end of the movable device can be used to adjust the bolt. If it is found that the current fluctuation during operation is unstable, it should check whether the feeding particle size meets the requirements. After the normal load test, it can be put into production and use.
Operating procedures of the machine
The machine is only allowed to be officially put into production after it is fully qualified for trial operation. In order to ensure the long-term safe operation of the machine, special attention should be paid to the correct operation, daily maintenance, and regular maintenance of the machine.
(1) Preparation work before machine operation:
The machine must be fully prepared and strictly inspected before normal operation and start. The machine itself requires all parts to be intact, all fixing bolts and anchor nuts should be tightened firmly, and the machine accessories must not have anything that hinders the operation. Debris.
(2) Start-up and shutdown sequence:
After the above preparation and inspection work is in full compliance with the requirements, the crusher can be started, and the standby speed is normal before feeding into the machine. The feeding must be even. When the machine is stopped, the feeding of the machine should be stopped first, and then there is no remaining material in the feeding hopper. The machine can be stopped only afterward.
(3) Normal operation of the machine:
When the machine is running normally, the operator of the machine and related personnel must pay attention to the following matters:
1. Whether all the fixing bolts are broken or loose.
2. Whether the lubrication of each bearing is normal and whether there is oil leakage.
3. Whether all parts are tightly sealed and whether there is oil leakage.
4. Check whether there is too much feeding volume and whether the discharging granularity meets the requirements.
5. Whether the rolls and gears are operating normally.
(4) Other matters needing attention:
1. Do not change the direction of rotation of the machine.
2. When the machine is running, the power supply should be disconnected immediately to avoid accidents when the power is suddenly turned on.
Machine maintenance
The maintenance of the machine is extremely important and frequent work. It should be closely coordinated with the operation and maintenance of the machine, and there should be full-time personnel to conduct on-duty inspections.
1. Bearing
The shaft of the crusher bears the full load of the negative machine, so good lubrication has a great relationship with the life of the bearing. It directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine. Therefore, the injected lubricating oil must be clean and the seal must be good. This machine The main oil injection point of (1) transmission bearing (2) roll bearing (3) all gears (4) movable bearing and sliding plane.
2. The newly installed wheel tires are prone to loosening and must be checked frequently.
3. Pay attention to check whether the working of each part of the machine is normal.
4. Pay attention to check the degree of wear of easily worn parts, and pay attention to replacing worn parts at any time.
5. On the plane of the bottom frame of the movable device, dust, and other objects should be removed to prevent the movable bearing from moving on the bottom frame when the machine encounters unbreakable materials, which may cause serious accidents.
6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, stop the machine immediately and check the cause to eliminate it.
7. If there is an impact sound when the transmission gear is running, it should be shut down immediately for inspection and eliminated.
