this is 50 tph fine gold wash plant supplied to Sierra leone minesite .
According customer’s requirement and raw ore parameter :
1.gold is very fine ,-1mm.
2.gold bearing is with sticky clay.
3.feeding processing capacity required is : 50 ton per hour.
4.the max feeding ore is around 500 mm

Roughly,we explain the gold ore is processed step by step as below :
1.feeding the raw material into the trommel wash plant .
Trommel wash plant play important role in washing/scrubbling the sticky and sieving the raw gold ore .
The trommel wash plant would configurate with feeding hopper with grizzley. grizzley would remove oversize stone out
Trommel scrubber .The scrubber trommel inside wall would weld spiral steel plates .the plate is made of very wear
resistance steel ,the welding plate is the key parts to clean the sticky mud away from the raw ore .
the feeding hopper would is surrounded by some spray pipes and lined with wear resitance steel.
the trommel scrubber sets 2 layer screen,inner screen mesh is 50mm ,outer screen mesh is 3mm. inner screen is designed with
heavy duty iron rod to product outer screen damaged by +50 stones.
the trommel scrubber is with rubber wheel and supporting stand, can easily move from one minesit to another.
With Rubber tire transmission,recieving tank under the sieve to gather -3mm mineral slurry.
2. Pump the -3mm from tank to gold centrifugal concentrate .
3. the concentrate from centrifugal concentrator would arrange to shaker table for final upgrade .
the tailing from centrifugal concentrator would gravity flow to sluice box for recovery the lost gold particle .
