5TPH Rock Gold Crushing Plant for Côte d’Ivoire Miner
This customer is mining rock gold, oxide type, with max raw ores 200-300mm, the rocks need to crush below 2mm in order to release gold.
He likes our small-scale 1-2tph rock gold flowchart very much, the flow is Jaw crusher–>Hammer crusher–>Shaking table.
however, he wants to do a bigger capacity of 5-10tph, after some research and analysis,
Below are his further requirements:
I’m interested in this entire système.
N° 1-about jaw crusher, I’d like another one with more capacity: 5-10 TPH.
N° 2- about the hammer crusher, I’d like another one with more capacity too: 5 -10 TPH.
N° 3- I’d like a continuous gold concentrator with a good capacity at a low cost: 5-10TPH
N° 4- About shaking table, I’d like to add, if my pocket permits, another one on the two.
N° 5- so, I’d like a gold furnace at a low cost.
As the client’s budget is tight, we suggest he start with a 5tph capacity, the machine model and cost will be lower, below is our suggestion:

The client agreed with our recommendation, we draw the flowchart for him accordingly:
Raw material fed into chute feeder through a locally made ore bin, primary jaw crusher can accept max rock size 210mm and will have discharge between 0-50mm, the discharge feed into secondary hammer crusher by belt conveyor, hammer crusher is a wet crushing machine, have a fine discharge of 0-2mm, then feed into gold centrifugal by gravity, the concentrate of gold centrifugal goes to shaking table for re-process, and tailing goes to sluice box for catching more gold.
