main working principle

The machine is mainly composed of a body, a base, a main shaft, a moving grinding disc, a fixed grinding disc, an end cap upper cover and a hopper.

The power is transmitted to the pulley through the V-belt to rotate the main shaft, so that the movable grinding disc fixes the relative movement of the grinding disc, thereby smashing the sample. The discharge granularity can be adjusted by the size of the hand wheel, the spindle, etc. to adjust the grinding disc gap to achieve the purpose of controlling the particle size.

The body is mounted on the base, and its transmission part is composed of a transmission shaft, a bearing, a moving grinding disc and a pulley, a working end cover, an adjusting shaft, a fixed grinding disc, a hand wheel and a feeding port.

The material is pulverized in the working chamber, the material is added from the feeding port above the end cover, enters the middle of the two grinding discs, and is crushed by the pressing action, and the pulverized sample flows out from the gap between the two grinding discs and falls in the hopper below.

The grinding disc is made of tough white iron which has been treated with water and has good wear resistance.

The principle of the adjustment mechanism is to rotate the hand wheel to advance or retreat the adjustment shaft, thereby adjusting the gap between the two grinding discs and adjusting the particle size of the material

1. Before the test, it is necessary to check whether the fasteners are tightened. Whether the pulleys are flexible by hand or not, it should be excluded before testing.
2, when operating, it is inconvenient to make the two grinding discs too tight
In case it is difficult to start.
3, the hardness of the sample can not exceed the medium hardness, otherwise it will affect the grinding of the grinding disc.
4. It is found that the pulverized material can still meet the technical requirements through the adjustment of the adjustment mechanism, and the adjustment of the grinding disc gap should be considered to adjust the parallelism of the grinding disc.
5. When changing the sample, in order to make the test data accurate, you can loosen the compression screw, open the end cover, and use the brush to remove the residual material accumulated in the working chamber.

use and maintenance

2. The transmission belt should be inspected and maintained frequently, and it should not be exposed to oily substances.
3, pay attention to safe operation, it is strictly forbidden to peek inside when working, so as not to be dangerous.
4. The crushed material should not exceed the medium hardness, so as not to affect the wear resistance of the grinding disc.
5. The equipment must be shut down for maintenance once a year. The lubrication part of the transmission must be kept constantly refueled to make it have a good lubrication state.
6, long-term use, if the discharge does not meet the required particle size, the adjustment of the grinding disc gap should be considered.
